memoku collects and uses user-provided information solely for enhancing its functionality and providing requested features. Specifically:

• Data is stored only when the user explicitly requests it.
• Google Sheets is used to save task-related information in a spreadsheet (MEMOKU_DATA).
• Google Drive is used to upload and manage images within the MEMOKU_IMAGES folder.

Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

memoku does not share, transfer, or disclose user data to third parties except under the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations, such as court orders or subpoenas.
• With explicit user consent for specific cases.

All data access is limited to the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

OAuth Scopes

The following OAuth scopes are used to enable functionality:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets (for Google Sheets integration)
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file (for Google Drive file and folder management)

These scopes are solely used to provide the requested features within the app.

User Data Control and Deletion

Users have full control over their data and can delete it by:

• Removing it directly within the memoku app.
• Accessing their Google Drive to delete the MEMOKU_DATA spreadsheet and/or MEMOKU_IMAGES folder.

Data Storage

• User data is stored in either IndexedDB (locally in the browser) or in their Google Drive, based on user preference.
• Data stored in Google Drive is secured under Google’s established security protocols.

Children

memoku is a general-use application with no age restrictions. However, it does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If such data is identified, it will be immediately deleted.

Security

We prioritize the security of your information and employ robust measures to protect it. Data stored in Google Drive is safeguarded by Google’s security protocols, and all access is regulated through OAuth authentication.

memoku does not store or access Google account passwords or sensitive information beyond the specified scopes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Notifications of significant changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of memoku constitutes consent to any updates.
